At its core, The McAlear Group (TMG) has always been a community-first company. A community comprised of team members, customers, neighbors and more, it’s a special one to say the least. Each year, the company and its community come together to support a variety of causes, locally and nationally.
At The McAlear Group, fostering a culture of social responsibility and community engagement is deeply ingrained in the company’s ethos. When the opportunity to participate in Bike to the Bay arose, it was a no-brainer for the four team members, who were passionate about supporting those battling MS.
The McAlear Group held a paper airplane Flight Challenge for its employees to benefit the Honor Flight Network. The Honor Flight Network is a non- profit organization that honors American Veterans by providing them with free transportation to Washington D.C, where they are able to visit their respective war memorials.
